And the cost to get a business license in Garland won’t break the bank. The initial business license fee is $60.00. Annual renewal fees are $25 for home-based businesses and $40 for commercial businesses. All licenses must be renewed each year by March 31st, or late fees may apply.
Commercial businesses are also required to complete an annual fire inspection, which carries an additional fee of $75.00.
